The National committee that recognizes the DOC has approved the DOC Sicilia.

That’s an important step forward for the winery local industry especially because it gives autonomy to the Sicilian wine.

Within the last decade other DOC syllabus have been added so that it comes to a total of 21 DOC Sicilian wines. The DOC certification is the key for the modern global market and the expression of its being.

New markets and new consumers have become the new agents of this market, a market in continuous growth.
