Ingredients for 4 people:

 

1 kg. organic cauliflower, 4 organic potatoes, 100 g. natural olives, 300 g. sausages, water, 3 cloves of garlic, 2-3 spoons of vinegar, 4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.

 

Preparation:

 

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into pieces. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into thick slices and cover them with some water. Cut the sausages into thick slices. Wash the olives and chop garlic and parsley.

 

In a pan place the oil, the drained cauliflower, the drained potatoes, the sausages and all the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper. Pour half a glass of warm water and cook for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower and the potatoes are cooked.
