Ingredients for 4 people:
8 artichokes
1 clove of garlic
Parsley
Vegetables stock
3 spoons of extra virgin oil
Salt
Half lemon juice
Preparation:
Clean the artichokes eliminating the external leaves and cut them into halves. Place them in some water with the lemon juice so that they don’t become dark.
Heat the oil in a fry pan and brown the clove of garlic without peeling it, them remove it and pour the artichokes cut into slices. Add salt, the stock and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Serve hot and season with some parsley.
