Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g. rice

300 g. sausages

1 carrot

1 onion

50 g. butter

3 tomatoes

½ glass of red wine

 

 

Preparation:

Remove the sausage from its gut and mince it. Chop the carrot and the onion and brown over low heat with some butter. After ten minutes add the sausage. Add the tomatoes, after having removed the seeds and cook over low heat for another ten minutes. Then add the rice and toast for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with red wine and as soon as it evaporates, start adding some hot stock. Add salt and pepper. Finally add some grated parmesan cheese.
