Ingredients:

 

250 g. coconut flour

100 g. rice flour

250 g. sugar

50 g. butter

3 eggs

 

Preparation:

 

Melt the butter in a bain-marie, then add the sugar, the eggs and the two types of flour. Mix for a couple of minutes. With a spoon make balls and place them on a baking tin, previously heated and covered with greaseproof paper. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the balls are brown and crispy.

 

Wine suggested: egg Marsala
