Ingredients for 4 people:

 

2 chicken breasts

2 spoons of honey

200 ml. liquid cream

Butter

Pepper

Salt

 

Preparation:

 

Cut the chicken into slices or into square bits. Melt the butter in a pan, add the chicken and brown.

When the chicken is almost cooked, pour into the pan the cream, the honey and the aromatic vinegar. Stir all the ingredients. Taste to check the right quantity of salt and pepper.

Serve this superlative chicken breast accompanied with basmati rice cook in the oriental way or with boiled bourghul or quinoa. If you want to follow the French origin of this recipe, serve with fettucini seasoned with little butter.
