Disgraces never come alone. Facing a divorce is a natural disaster, but facing two is a “trial by ordeal” which God imposes to people who has to expiate in this Land, before passing in the presence of God. Silvio Berlusconi has to face not only the divorce with Gianfranco Fini, but also the one with Veronica Lario. It was revoked the deal which allowed a separation by mutual consent, without winners or losers. It was removed, after months of negotiations and trials, and it seems there are not chances to suggest it again. A Court substitutes a consensual separation, and everything will start again, this time before the Milanese Judge Gloria Salvetti. She will pass judgment about the appeal made by Veronica Lario. She asked for a separation “for charge”, which means an important aggravation considering the people involved on this legal argument.

The “charge” harms a lot who undergoes it, in a Court, and it could also have patrimonial consequences. But this is not the most serious consequence. The divorce’s lawsuit will be public and the two sides will exchange their memories, which are unequivocally the sum of the worst things to say about the partner. Moreover, Veronica Lario’s memories have politics implications, because everything started with the severe reproach that she publically made to his husband. According with her, he was responsible for an irreproachable behaviour. We talk about the “junks” that Mrs Lario discovered during the European political campaign, when “veline” will be selected instead of political candidatures (this is the suspicious). We also talk about the case of Noemi, when the Prime Minister was in a 18th party of a girl, who also frequented the Premier’s villa in Sardinia. Those charges started a press campaign which damaged a lot the Knight. It was stopped only because of the excesses of the President of the Lazio Region, Marrazzo, who was caught in an “embarrassing situation” to some policemen, who probably had good motivations to give to Marrazzo and his party a hard time.

Veronica Lario charged his husband to have an unprecedented concern to the young Noemi, and she also said that he never had the same concern for his sons, in the same circumstances, anniversaries or birthdays. Berlusconi denied this thesis but the international press liked it a lot. Now, the bottle is already uncorked, and a venomous legal argument could be opened again, and this will not be easy for the Prime Minister. He is also dealing with another difficult divorce, the one with Gianfranco Fini, who is not tender with the Knight. According with some press indiscretions, the residence of Mrs Lario, Villa Belvedere of Macheria, was the main topic of the argument. She lived there for almost 20 years, whit the “second bed” sons Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi. A joke of the Premier (about the return of nuclear in Italy) appeared on the press. During the Council of Ministers, he answered to a question about “where to bury the nuclear waste”, saying that he had an idea. Which was the idea? Of course, Villa Belvedere of Macherio. This is a legend published on the Corriere della Sera, or the illuminating testimony of the Premier’s mood, who is irritated from the requests of the ex-wife (which he judges as impositions).

But under-the-counter (and not so much) of this situation, there are the sons of Veronica with the Premier. She would be not happy about the unequal treatment reserved to Barbara, Luigi and Eleonora, in comparison with the other two “first bed” sons, who leads Fininvest. Berlusconi denies, he swears to be an equal and correct father, but events seem to contradict him. Veronica’s sons only have the 7,5% each of the equities, which is a far away “equipment” in comparison with the treatment reserved for Marina and Pier Silvio, the older sons of first bed.
