A love story stopped at its beginning and now it is going to start again. It passed a bit more than 1 century from the far 1903, when a very young Frank Capra made his first “hope trip” following the “American dream” (completely reached). And now there is a festival all dedicated to the Italian-American director, in the city (Bisacquino) where he was born. So the first edition of the “Bisacquino Festival Set – First Frank Capra Prize” will be in the Sicilian town from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd of August.

It is an event created by Giuseppe Gigliorosso (Artistic director) and organized by the Municipality of Bisacquino, head by the Major Filippo Contorno and from the Productive Activities Department whit the head of Gianvito Gaudiano. This event will have the goal to erase the time distance and to leave more space to the historical memory, the only one which can survive to the inevitable flow of time.
